Melissa has been around young kids forever – in fact she was once a youngster herself!!! Always loved young children, was an in demand babysitter in her teens, and is now a fabulous mum to her own children. She also works in our Kindergarten that runs during the week.
Thing is,… when I spent the morning taking some pics of her last Sunday it was quite obvious that the kids love her and like to hang around her because she’s fun. Not only that, but from the photos you could clearly see that she has “eyes in the back of her head” – always looking out for the youngsters, making sure they feel included and cared for. Melissa is most definitely one of our fabulous volunteers.
